At first I was scared
Followed the news very closely
Warnings on tv and newspapers
But from a personal loss mostly

I told people to take it seriously
Severe sickness and death were potential
No masks in store so I made them myself
For a new job that was marked essential

What was actually going on?
Global panic and hysteria were thriving
Eliminating it is what kept us strong

But I soon figured out about the nonsense being spread
Started research and reading like never before
Would be a millionaire now for every minute spent
On finding out how we’re in this information war

And then I woke up

Chose the conspiracy side
